Zeke Callanan

I help motivated people and companies move confidently toward their goals.

Job Business and IP Attorney / Opticliff ESQ - A different kind of law firm.

Lives In East Deering

Grew up in Camden, ME.  Schooled at UCONN and Maine Law. Founded Maine Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts in 2008. Opened my law firm in 2012. I'm an avid telemark skier, basketball player, and ultimate player. I'm also a moustache supporter.

I help individuals and small businesses, many of which are in the creative sectors, protect themselves and their assets by forming entities (like LLCs and corporations), registering their intellectual property (like copyrights and trademarks), and drafting clear, complete contracts (like service agreements, non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements, and licenses).

I also can be found found speaking at a variety of educational events and conferences geared toward creatives and entrepreneurs.

I love local coffee and beer.

Why did you choose Portland? It has energy, culture, and honesty.
